Directions for use:
We recommend that you wash your mask by hand in cold water with a mild detergent. Please remove the chain before washing. When hand washing is not an option, the delicate cycle and low temperature on your machine is preferred. If you wash your mask in warm/hot water with other items, this may cause your nose bridge to weaken and/or break.
To help prevent wrinkles, slightly stretch and pat down with a towel before hang drying. Please be careful each time you adjust the nose bridge and ensure you show your little ones how to use their mask properly.
Please note there are no returns or exchanges on our face masks due to safety and hygiene reasons. As with all health decisions, please consult with your trusted medical professional to determine compatibility with your personal situation if you are seeking a face mask to wear in relation to medical issues. AUSTRALIA
FREE standard shipping available on all Australian orders of $50 or more, this will automatically be applied at checkout. Please note that FREE shipping will not be available if discount codes are applied.
We ship Australia wide using Sendle services. All orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been collected.
To track your parcel, please visit sendle.com and enter the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates are based on weight and destination, using Sendle’s domestic/international rates.

We will not ship orders to P.O. Boxes, therefore, please provide a residential or business address when completing your order. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your order as we will need to contact you for an alternate shipping address.

Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.
We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
