We ship Australia wide using Sendle services. All orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been collected.
To track your parcel, please visit sendle.com and enter the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates are based on weight and destination, using Sendle’s domestic/international rates.

We will not ship orders to P.O. Boxes, therefore, please provide a residential or business address when completing your order. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your order as we will need to contact you for an alternate shipping address.

We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.

For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
